Return & Refund Policy
World Jersey Club
At World Jersey Club, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all included accessories
- Sent only after approval from our customer support team
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
To request a return, please email contact@worldjerseyclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- 2–3 photos of the product (or a video if necessary)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by external factors (customs, weather, carriers)
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned incomplete
- Return requests made after 14 days from delivery
- Tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt (please contact your carrier)
- Returns sent without order identification
- Orders placed during promotions, flash sales, or with discount codes
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days at:

Please include photos or videos of the issue.
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- All returns must include a valid tracking number
- Please include your order details inside the package
- The return address will be provided after approval
